Your gift will be used to support students enrolled for admission at the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. Over this past year, we have come to appreciate, that our physicians are on the front lines of the greatest health crisis in a century.

Potential students face the challenge of financing their education, which may dissuade them from entering medical school at a time when there is an increased need for outstanding medical practitioners, and access to medical care is critical.

Your support is indispensable to ensure that these students can complete their education and will make a difference in reducing the debt of the next generation of physicians.

Although our graduates choose to serve in a variety of medical specialties and in leadership positions in medicine, we have an overriding commitment to provide primary care physicians in the state of Ohio and beyond. Our alumni are providing primary care services in heavily populated cities, and in rural communities in need of access to quality medical care. In fact, 1 in 14 physicians in Ohio was trained at Heritage College.
