Q: Do the address labels come on a roll or on a sheet?
A: These Ohio University return labels come printed 45 per sheet and will arrive in an envelope. Each sheet contains three sections.
Q: What size are the address labels?
A: The sheet of labels measures approx. 8.5” x 11”. Each label measures 2.75” x .75”.
Q: What if I want my name printed differently than what’s on my credit card or what’s in the Ohio University alumni database?
A: On the donation page, you’ll have the opportunity to enter your name and address as you’d like used. Such as using Bob instead of Robert or spelling out Street if you prefer that over the St. abbreviation. The font size used on the labels will shrink to accommodate the text. If the font size gets to 6pt or lower as your labels are being generated, Annual Giving will contact you about the next steps.
Q: When will my labels arrive
A: Your labels should arrive within 3-4 weeks.
Q: What if don’t use my credit card online but still want labels?
A: Send a message to Annual Giving at giving@ohio.edu and the office can work with you on a check-based (or another gift vehicle) order.
Q: What if I want multiple sheets of labels?
A: Send a message to Annual Giving at giving@ohio.edu and the office can work with you on a special order.
Q: What if I’m an alumni parent and want to order labels for myself, then separate labels for my alumni children?
A: Send a message to Annual Giving at giving@ohio.edu and the office can work with you on a special order.
Gifts must be made by 11:59 p.m. on 07.31.22 to The Fund for OHIO and transacted through the Bobcats Give site to qualify. Labels should arrive within 3-4 weeks.
