Your generous gift will help OHIO Field Hockey student-athletes succeed on and off the field!

Competing in Division I NCAA athletics takes more than talent – it takes dedication, determination, and a willingness to get back up anytime you miss the shot. Competing amid a pandemic comes with its own set of obstacles. This is the time to rally behind our student athletes! This, Bobcats, is the Time to Rise.

In 2021, despite the irregularities of the COVID-19 pandemic, OHIO Field Hockey demonstrated their determination on and off the field, securing a bid to the MAC tournament and finishing the season with two athletes named 1st team all-MAC. In addition, the team had twelve athletes named academic all-MAC and nine athletes named NFHCA Division I Scholars of Distinction, tying for the most among any program in the country!

As they continue their offseason work in preparation for their 2022 season, we ask them every day to give 100% as students and as athletes. And today, we’re reaching out to ask you to stand with them through a gift of any amount to help fund team equipment, player development tools, and team-building activities. Your gift supports these students as they grow as athletes and as young women, learning to lead both on and off the field.

Help us reach our fundraising goal of $15,000! Give Now

“When I came to OHIO, I would have never imagined becoming part of such a great big family and that this family is going to mean so much to me one day. Today, being a Bobcat means unity, pride, and family to me. I have met some of the greatest people through Ohio University and I am so proud to share the passion of being a Bobcat with them. Field hockey has taught me so many different things such as leadership and loyalty. It challenges me to be the best self I can be, and I am thankful for having the opportunity to play for such an amazing program every day!” –Nele Graner, Senior, GK - Bonn, Germany
