Your gift to Ohio University Lancaster Athletics fund, in support of Club Sports, creates the opportunity for roughly one hundred current students to play sports and helps ensure they have a sense of belonging on a collegiate level team.
When you give to the Get in the Game for Ohio University Lancaster Club Sports crowdfunding campaign, you join former student-athletes, alumni and friends, and local businesses in celebrating the rich history of sports at OHIO Lancaster since the inception of the campus in 1968. Your gift will remove financial barriers that stand in the way of students playing the sport they love.
When you contribute to the Ohio University Lancaster Athletics fund, you are helping cover the cost to run an important student-centered program where team building, and leadership skills are valued just as much as the sport being played
We are so excited to announce that we have successfully rebooted our sports program at Ohio University Lancaster. Our golf team, women’s volleyball, and men’s basketball teams completed their first seasons since 2019. To build on this return to club sports at OHIO Lancaster, philanthropic support is needed to provide the resources required to continue the program.
The annual sports budget is thoughtful and frugal yet effective in providing our student-athletes with the highest quality experience outside the classroom. When you contribute to this fund, you are helping offset the program costs associated with coaching staff, referees, uniforms, travel, and other expenses.
