The OHIO Baseball team exemplified their relentless spirit both on and off the field. In the 2022 season, OHIO Baseball secured a fourth seed in the MAC tournament with an overall record of 29-22 and a conference record of 21-15. Alongside their impressive athletic performance, the team also garnered academic recognition with 10 student-athletes named to the Academic All-MAC team while maintaining a team GPA of 3.32. Entering the 2023 season, we encourage our players to continue giving their all as students and athletes.
Today, we ask for your support by making a contribution of any amount to help fund operational needs including team equipment, light facility enhancements, and player and team travel. With the support of our donors, OHIO Baseball can ensure that its players will have the tools and resources to perform at the highest level. "I am forever thankful for Ohio University and all the memories/friendships that have come with it. It is truly a blessing that I get to wake up every day knowing that I am representing Ohio University Baseball. Putting that Jersey on is so much bigger than me. It means I get to play for all the players that came before me and all the people who have been a part of the program. Throughout my four years as a bobcat, I have learned so much more than just how to play the game the right way. I have learned how to deal with adversity to be able to be the best player I can be on the field. This is all due to the culture and relationships that I have made with my teammates and the coaching staff. Their ability to bring excitement and motivation to the program is what we pride ourselves on. Donations and other forms of support are great ways to keep the excitement in the program that allows us to be able to continue to grow the culture we have worked so hard to create.
